I saw a tutorial that seemed fairly easy enough to follow. Now I used softmod installer deluxe. I need to grab my eeprom file. 2 different tuts state it is in a different location. One has it here:
E:\Udata\2xxxxxxxxxx\0000000000000\Backup\

and the other here:

E:\Backup\Mod\


Problem is Have nothing at either of these locations. (as a matter of fact, I dont even have the first location)

Now, I while I ftp'd I did root about and did see an eeprom.bin file in:
E:\Backup\

I would ASSUME this is what I need, but as it is not in the "normal" location, I decided to get your input.

What say you? Should this be the one?

That's probably it. To check, transfer it to your PC then open it with LiveInfo, and check the serial number against the one on the bottom of your Xbox. If they match then that's your eeprom.

Where can I find LiveInfo? Goggling and searching this forum didnt help a bit
