This is my take on making a slim xbox, use an 80gb ipod hdd

- 80gb Ipod hdd (from a 6th gen ipod classic)
- XBMC Atlantis
- TSOP flash with IND Bios
- 2.25 inches thick

Thats pretty cool man. What kind of interface did the Ipod HD have?

The ones from the 6th gen's use ZIF, so i had to get a converter. POS adapter had to be modified just to get it to work, but for $4 it was defiantly worth the trouble.

instead of having a sticker, cut out an apple window, then while your at it, paint it white. lol

I wish I could attempt something like this, but I am always afraid I will screw it up.

The edges look a little rough but overall not bad at all.

I agree w/ diskrocker, white would be badass.

I'd also recommend clearing out that jewel of yours!

Question about the fan. I see you have a much smaller fan, is that a 40mm fan? do you know the specs on it, (CFM for example) and how are the temps in the box with the lid on?
