Hi , ive just bought a second hand xbox 360 off my mate , he took the 360 to someone to have the firmware upgraded but looks like the person didnt know what they were doing , the 360 still dosnt play backups and now the original games seem to load very slow.
Any ideas to how i can fix this , also where is the best tutorial on how to upgrade to xtreme firmware.
Sorry if these questions have been asked, this is my first post and im new to the 360 scene.

My guess would be if there was backup reading issues he changed the read speed to something super slow like 2x to try and make them work when it was probably just bad media. Anyhow, with the read speed at 2x that's what you're gonna be stuck at until a reflash. And that's if that's the problem but it's more than likely it.
