I'm trying to use a hard drive from another xbox and getting Error code 06. I looked it up and the error is supposed to be an unlocking hdd problem. How can I unlock the hdd? I'm unable to boot into evoX because this error comes up everytime even if i try to boot from the dvd rom drive. I cannot get the drive to boot in the original hard drive as the mobo is toast. Is there a way to unlock the hdd without using the original hdd i didn't get a chance to take the key down before it went.....
Actually if someone could tell me a way to use the hdd drive from the xbox on a pc.....that would be good enuff.

Im having the same issue. I have tried locked and unlocked and it does not matter. It still needs the password to matchup . I am running a matrix with the latest xecuter bios.
I would be greatful if anyone could help.
