just bought a console with firmware(liteon) 1.5.1 but its cannot play the new game "red faction guerilla" any one know why ?

any help please!!!!!!

Perhaps some more information would help us? Error messages.. media used etc.

Also, how do you have Red Faction Guerilla when it isn't out for a few days?

How do you know its ixtreme 151 on the drive? More to the point, why isn't it 1.6? Have you tried the disc in another machine to ensure that the disc isn't faulty?

The guy sell me the console told me that and I been heard that the new game which call wave3 cannot play on old firmware which currenly on my console and have tried second console of my but no go btw i'm using verbatim DL media and burn with 2.4x when insert the disc to my 360 its say "Mixed Media Disc".

Mixed Media?.. Sounds like it was burned incorrectly, use make a .dvd file of the ISO and burn it with Imgburn.

i think i know how to fix this..

1. Delete the .dvd file
2. Run abgx360 and it will create a new .dvd file.
3. Burn the game again, the same way you did before.

The problem is that the name of .dvd file does not match with the iso and therefore will not burn the game properly.

If you follow my steps it will work.

P.S check that the .dvd file name is changed to the same name the iso has: for example.--> sp-rfg.dvd after abgx360 has repaired it.

yup the dvd file is mismatch I tried rename dvd file but still no go ,but have not using abgx360 to repair yet .

Thats what it was. I deleted it, ran abgx, no probs and UFC boots perfectly.


I went through 20 other threads that all said laser was bad.
