Hello I tryed Flashing my Benq Drive now it gives me error E65

I tryed it Via Sata VT6421 Raid Controller

And now it just wont open at all.
i have a extra DVD Drive its A Samsung not sure if i have to Spoof it.
Or if i can still save my Benq.

I have the backup keys still.
Just wondering on what to do next.

I tryed to edit my post and it wouldnt let me sorry
its a small break down of what i have done.
1. I`ve successfully extracted key/inquiry/identity BIN files
2. I`ve successfully created CFW.bin (the ixtreme 1.5 firmware which was supposed to be sent to the drive finally)
3. I`ve successfully erased the old f/w from the drive, got status 0x72. everything was fine until this moment
4. While trying to write cfw.bin i got error in the very end (verification failed). the drive died, e.g. the tray didnt open
