Hey guys, new to here biggrin.gif

I'm getting me a new Arcade Xbox 360 Jasper edition in about a week or so, and I had a few questions about connectiong a Nano 4th gen to one:

First of all, does it work? I've already heard that iPods work in general, but does this one work as well? I'm asking this since it is relativly new, and actually there isn't even one relevant search result when you google "ipod nano 4th gen xbox 360". It's actually not that imporant for me, just need to know.

I also understand that it doesn't work out-of-the-box and some kind of sotware needs to be installed. Is it possible to get it if I don't have an Xbox Live account? Is it freeware or not?

Thanks

Yes it will work, and the optional media update is available to all consoles whether you are a gold LIVE member or not. You will need to directly download it from LIVE though, so you will need an internet connection @ your console. It is non transferable, so connecting your hdd/memcard @ your friends house on his console, and bringing the data to yours will not work. You must physically download it on the console you want to use it on....make sense?

Good thing my XBOX is gonna be sitting next to my computer, so it's gonna be quite easy to connect it to the internet using the Ethernet cable. Now just another litte thing: Is it possible to stream music from the iPod while playing a game?

Thanks
