I heard there are PC drives that can do it directly. What kind of drives are they? And usually how much?

If your meaning back up directly as in one drive reading while the other burns at the same time then none.
But if you mean as just rip it instead of hooking up the xbox one then the above listed will work. They seem to sell for between 40-100 dollars

*If you notice in this list, after each SH drive there is a matching TS drive right underneath it. This TS drive has the same hardware and firmware, and it can be flashed with the above drive’s firmware. For example, a TS-H352C can be flashed with the SH-D162C firmware and the TS-H353A can be flashed with the SH-D163A firmware. The only difference when flashing these TS drives is you need to run the –nocheck option.
Nocheck option instructions
copy the sfdnwin.exe flasher program to the root of your C: drive
Start > Run > "cmd" > ENTER (XP)
or
Start > "cmd" (in the seach bar) > ENTER (Vista)
You will get a command prompt.
Type "CD C:\" (These are all without the quotes by the way...)
You will now see "C:\>"
Now, type "sfdnwin.exe -nocheck" and hit ENTER
(the sfdnwin.exe file comes packed with the firmware from xbins)
