I have 2 console with same DVD drive MS28 and same firemware 1.6 and im try to play backups dvd with 2 type of DVD R DL 1st TDK 2nd Verbatim and both DVD drive play all my original dvd game fine ,

now about backups DVDs the one that i have problem on it that TDK working very hard by try many time open and close the tray and with Verbatim working fine and the other one paly both TDK and Verbatim fine,

is there any way to fix the DVD drive to play backups TDK DVDs while im try alot of thing from youtube like rubber band trick

The real problem is that the TDK disks are crap and you should only use Verbatim.

But to fix the problem you can probably just tweak the laser on the drive. Do not do rubber band trick, it has nothing to do with this.

im try other way by hitting the top of xbox repeatly many time and its work

Thats teh way to think, Pee on it, Light it on fire, strap some explosives to it, blow it up and with shotgun in hand scream "THIS IS MY BOOMSTICK" before blasting it to oblivion with buckshot... This will fix it!

Look up, xbox 360 pot tweek.
That should get it to work at the expense of some of the lasers life.

Its just some drive read better then others, Just be happy it reads the Verbatim disks and stick to those.
