Using:
Windows Vista x64 SP2
SD-162D flashed to Kreon 1.0
XBX 2.9 Build 3036
Under options i have left everything default and i even tried drive specific and switched it to 162D.
Disc is clean, no visible scratches or smears
Everytime I try to backup the game it freezes up at 5.47% and gives me the error attached. Here is the log
