I have been enjoying my soft modded xbox for a month or so and have an upgraded HDD so my DVD player in the Xbox gets very little use.I felt like I could at least take time to thank those who made my life better.
I also had a couple of problems I would like to share, 1: I had a heck of a time getting my hard drive unlocked for the swap but I see I was not not the first or last with this problem. I tried every trick on this site and others also then when I thought I had ruined my xbox for good it unlocked, so I cannot give advice here.
Problem 2: I followed wivenhoe's QUICK TUTORIAL FOR UPGRADING HARD-DRIVE AFTER ALREADY SOFTMODDING STOCK DRIVE VIA NDURE.
I found I needed a long version tutorial after ruining a perfectly good CD-R, I could not find what I needed here but found at another site.
