With the new update u can buy 360 games and play them off of ur hard drive I know when I buy arcade games i can copy my profile and put it on another 360 go to download histroy and re donwload it and my friend will have a full arcade game im wondering could this happen with full 360 games?

No it wont work.
They can sign content to a console AND the profile.
With arcade games you need to be logged in to live all the time to access the full games if you play it on another console.
This is not an exploit and it wont work in the way you think.

you can download the games anyplace you please but you try and play them in anothr name and it wont work like cod waw map pack two or three for example both of which i downloaded to my brothers xbox via my gt so i could play there but it only works in my name not his he had to buy it as well something to do with drm i think..
