Hello All,

after i fixed my xbox by heating the hana chip with the heat gun, my fan failed working. I also heated the back of the motherboard, because that maybe could fix it. Unfortuanatly it had no result. So now i am having a fixed xbox thats stops after 4 minutes because of the overheating. I hope you have a solution, i wil be glad to because my xbox is now broken for almoust 3 months and i dont have enough money to buy a new one.

My guess is that you melted the fan socket somehow and doesn't connect properly. I suggest you to find another power source for your fans. There are some tutorials hot to make it 12V and some that explain where you can find 12V or 5V power sources. I hope I helped.
