where is it located at? iv been trying to locate it for a while, but im hopeless at theses things.

Try the folder where your Dashboard is located, if there isn't one there then create one. Also check in the system menu where you are pointing your skin source, in other words check in the system settings where the skin folder is located; if you can't find where your Dashboard is located. It's usually located in E/dash (Dashboard, dashboard) if you are using a softmod.
