Are you referring to flat? Yes, I used some when I made an elite case. Go to walmart in the spray paint aisle (with normal paint, not automotive), and pick some up. It's made by krylon. They have matte, shiny, and ultra glossy.

Yup it is available in aus, go down to mitre ten and ask they should have some in stock.
