Hi,
I was moving my XBOX because I was changing the carpet. I had installed a Xecuter 3 a long time ago and now it stopped booting. It seems to try to boot 3 times before resulting with the regular MS boot screen and complains with an error code 16.
Could anyone help with any suggestions on how to debug this?

open it up to see if anything got knocked loose, then check all teh solder points, and coneection points
