A friend recently bought a softmodded xbox and managed to screw it up before he got it to me so I could flash the TSOP. Unleashx freezes at the splash screen. I can't get it to boot any sort of cd/dvd's at all. Can't even get it to run Mechassault so I can flash the TSOP. I'm not really familiar with softmodding as I've typically just done hardware mods. Is there anything I can do here besides getting a mod chip to fix this box with? He claims all he did was try to install an snes emulator. But I obviously can't tell what he's done since the HD is locked. Anyone got any idea's?
