repack, put it in the firmware folder.
It means power off the 360/drive.
And yes, a ground is important.

The file on xbins should be the repack. Regardless it is the repack you need.

Firmware goes in the firmware folder inside of the jungleflasher firmware.

You only need to power off the xbox at the end.

Ground is critically important when using 360 to power drive! I would not even use the xbox to power my drive if i were you. Get the power adapter. By powering your 360 without a drive connected you are logging a error code that microsoft can see. It basically tells them "hey M$ guess what i am doing."

ehh, well i read that was always reported, but now it actualyl counts how many times the error is reported.
and for the firmware, it would be, jungleflaher\firmware\thefirmwarefile

Yup that where the firmware goes, you can also manually load it after you dump your drive so it really doesnt matter.
