Hi all,

i want to take out the stock fans (3 pin connector on a HDMI model), but there seems to be a catch holding it on? how the hell do i get this thing off? i dont wanna just pull or wiggle it too hard incase i hurt the board.

whats the best way?

Yeah just pull it. Same thing with the other consoles, it's a little hard to get out but you won't ruin anything. Make sure to wiggle it as well as you tug.

When putting a heatsink back on don't forget to use fresh TIM. I suggest MX-3 if you have mounting hardware and Artic silver thermal adhesive if you do not have mounting hardware.
