Alright, I have a softmodded NDure/UleashX 1.1 box with the Sharp TSOP which I would like to flash. I just wanted to make sure I've got this right...
1) solder points to enable write
2) solder wires to Sharp enable points
3) run evox
4) connect sharp wires
5) flash
6) run linux from liveCD and install
any issues with this? do I have something horribly wrong? Also, if I want to ADD a hard drive (in place of the DVD drive, I could do that after all this I assume?

Not quite. Have a look at
this post.
However, even once it's flashed you can't replace the DVD drive with a hard drive. Unless you are running linux the Xbox only supports one hard drive.

Sorry, I forgot to add that, yes, the intention is to run X-DSL or xUbuntu. So I had it right, except when to enable the sharp point?

No, you also got the top TSOP solder points wrong. You have to connect a wire to each side of the top TSOP point, then twist the wires together just before flashing.

ah, ok, so i have to do the same thing with the top bridge and the sharp enable point. I connect them at the same time (just before flashing)?

No. Sharp permanent, top TSOP just before flashing............
