And will I have to connect every time I want to play a divx file?
Is the codec included in the new update (the one that breaks homebrew)??

theres lots of codecs for divix files, it obviously attempts to download one everytime you play one. its ok it only takes a few seconds

If you don't have the codec for the file it needs to connect to live to download it, you don't have to do it again assuming you have the right codec.

If you have a rplacement console set up a silver account, go to marketplace and goto games > o its in there optional media update. Download and you want have to download it every time. Just had this issue with new console something to do with profiles
