Quick and dirty question...from what I have read, the jtag hack required a VGA connection (when done on a xenon motherboard) to read the hacked xell on screen and get the CPU key. Does that still stand or is there a way to boot it through standard a/v cables?

I'm just trying to be lazy and not have to create and wire up a VGA connection for retrieving the dvd key wink.gif But alas, if that's what I've gotta do, then that's what i've gotta do smile.gif

I tried hooking the component video to the tv, and booting it up with the xenon_hack.bin loaded into the NAND, and it appears to be booting, because the ring goes green for probably 15 seconds, then I get 3 RROL. (When sitting horizontal, all but the top left are red) Is that normal? And there is still a "No Signal" coming to the tv (the switch on the av cable is flipped to HDTV for it to work, i tried both though just to make sure)
