so I split my tsop a while back with the second half of the tsop cromwell and kept the original bios on the first half. I now want to flash the first half with a modified bios (X2 5035). My question is do i make a entire new image with cromwell and X2 5035 and flash with the switch ground?

just flash the 5035 (512k) you dont need to make a new 1mb image, provided your switch is set up properly (SPDT on 3.3v - a19 - ground)
