Hey, is is somehow possible to reduce the texture pop-in issues with this "game's" backup? I burned it on Verbatim DVD with 2,4x speed and I'm getting quite severe pop-in issues, even when driving slow. Installing this game on a hard drive only makes the problem worse.

Is there some specific brand of DVD I should burn this game on, or do I need to use some specific burning speed?

Its the game, theres only so many errors the game can peform before hitting "unreadable", the texture popping is from the game it self and the console not having enough ram to load them all.

I can say with full certainty that it's not the game. Original has no such issues. You could speed through anything with minimal pop-ins. Playing it from a backup is quite a sucky experience however.

re-rip it...

Are you sure that this would make any difference? Maybe burning again would instead?

How did you burn it and what brand of DVD did you use?

if you are having an issue, take the extra 10mins or so to re-rip, then re-burn it. no trying to sound like a dick, but do you even have the original?

No, I don't (would more than gladly get it however, if I had any spare money). I have the original of GTA IV though, so I know how it's supposed to run.

no-original, means you have illegally obtained a pirated copy.

10 sec. looking around this forum should have giving you enough sense not to admit to such stupid shit here.
