Will I have problems considering heat if I cut a part off my heatsink? It's 2 cm by 3 cm that I want to cut o the top left so I could fit my fan in the corner. So A fan will be on top of it.
Any problems?

Ya but dont cut the heatpipe its filled with water and it might have negative or positive pressure it boils and goes up to transfer heat.
