I just decided to check up on some of my previous backups with abgx360 1.01 and it's showing that all stealth checks are fine which I wasn't concerned about, but the problem i'm having is that it's saying the layerbreak is not correct. Layerbreak should be abc but is xyz and game may not play. All of the games play properly, never had a problems and I haven't been banned so i'm not sure what to do. Should I check all of my backups and get rid of the ones with this error? From the small amount of info I was able to find, it basically said if the layer break was set wrong on the disc it would act like a normal dvd and not boot like a game so i'm pretty confused about all of this. Since I haven't checked all of my backups for this yet, one of the titles I did check was CoD: WaW and that's pretty old so I would think I would have been banned by now if it were a real problem... I guess I'm just really confused. Thanks in advance!

Dude i don't even know how they booted, Ive done wrong layer-break and they would make it right to the m$ screen then say dirty disc. So that's pretty luck it would boot, my halo wars did boot fully with the wrong layer break, so i guess it would work with other games.

Yeah I knew something was strange about this lol... I just don't know if I should throw out the games with this problem to avoid any problems with being banned and such, but at the same time it's like I would have been banned already if it were a problem... that's why I'm hoping someone would know more about this than I do

Couldn't stop thinking about this... What I did was grab about 10 backups and used ABGX360 1.01 to verify them and see what was what. 6 verified fine, 1 was completely unreadable, and 3 were reporting incorrect layer break information. I made a list of what games were giving which results and after turning the pc off and doing a few other things, I decided just to check a few of the games that gave me wrong layer break warnings. Anyway, 2 of the 3 now gave no warnings and everything reported fine. So i'm assuming the drive is on it's way out? Correct me if I'm wrong, but if the game plays in the 360 then there is no way possible that the layer break is off or else it would report the dics as a movie when inserted... right?
