Gentlemen,

It´s just a wild though i´m sharing, i´d love to hear your opinion.

We all know by now that once a Xbox is banned it is basically useless for achievements - every time you connect your HDD on it, it would corrupt your savegames and profiles.

But here´s a funny though: What if someone maintained two Xboxes, one "clean", 100% original, for online gaming and running only original games, and a second Xbox, a "rogue" one, flashed, not banned and absolutely NEVER used online?

I mean, you could theoretically use the "rogue" one to play backups and earn achievements and once you used the HDD (and profile) in the "clean" box for online gaming it would sync up. I mean, as long as both are running NXE, i guess.

Since the "rogue" box isn´t banned you could have some fun playing everything you want (including bad rips) and risks are supposed to be low.

But the funny thing is, do you think that MS eventually would go as far as banning the "rogue" console anyway using the "clean" one? The "clean" console could collect data from the "rogue" one via the HDD and share it with MS? And MS ban the second one via the same HDD?

I told you it was just an interesting though, but i´d love to hear what you guys think. :-)

if the modded console will not ever go online, there are zero risk of getting banned, they can't check or ban you if you are never connected. however, you could be banned the moment you connect to live.

I believe as long as its not banned, you'll still be able to switch profiles between the clean console and the modded console

There are no way to check that the games are backup when syncing the gamertag. All it looks like is that you were playing your xbox offline.
