hmm seen a few things like this not sure how true it is?

if u transfear a HD from a banned consol then recover your gametag on an unbanned consol the unbanned consol stands a chance of getting banned?

this dosent make alot of sence what if i was 100% legit my mate comes round with his HD to play some games would ban my legit consol cant see microsoft doing this has it happened to anyone?

You HDD from a banned console will not cause your next console to be banned, as long as that non-banned one isn't F/W Modified.

so, what happen if i modded the unbanned new box with the HDD from the banned box?

do i get banned rite away?

The hard drive has nothing to do with getting your console banned. BUT if you mod another console and insert a backup you will get banned again on your new console.
