I realise that you can't flash a Lite-On back to stock firmware, but if I got hold of a Samsung Drive and extracted my Lite-on key, could I spoof, flash the Samsung back to stock and put it in my console? I want to get rid of the flag as I'm not officially banned (I am flagged though). If I do this, would it still show up as hacked FW?
My mate has the CK3 kit but I'm not up on flashing or spoofing so forigive the numptyness.

I have done this with my spare BenQ drive and I didn't get banned, I cannot comment on the flagged status though as I didn't check that.
As soon as I heard of this ban wave I put original firmware on my BenQ but spoofed as a Lite-on. Two whole days I've been on Live playing games and I haven't been banned.
As I said though I don't know if I was flagged so please don't take my findings as gospel.

Is a spoofed drive flashed with stock firware detectable? Someone said to me it would stand out even more than a normal IXtreme flashed drive. Just need to decide whether it's worth the hassle.
PS Sorry about the title of the post - I got it the wrong way round...
