Got a quick question, i have tons of dead 360's, all i wanna know is which chip contains the information that marries the main board to the drive unit, as if i know which 1 it is it shoulb be possible to remove this chip (out of dead console) and put it into a banned console as i have the drive anyway?( of the dead console) lets call it recycling, oh i'm such an enviromentalist, lol.....have rework station so removal should be easy enough, i'm thinking that its the tsop of the top of the board close to the hd-connector, little help would be useful from u guys, cheers.....thx in advance.

nand is encrypted to the console with the cpukey. swapping nands wont work.

Change the CPU and the nand. Have fun. Hope you are a rework and reballing expert with lots of really nice tools.
