I am having some problems playing COD MW2 for some reason. I am trying to play the game without being connected to live but it just keeps telling me to update. I agree to the update and it completes, then resets, but everytime it comes back on it tells me it needs to update. Does anyone have any ideas on why it wont successfully update?

Thanks for the reply. Could you possibly elaborate on this a little bit more? What do you mean wave 3 and even at that why won't it successfully apply?

You need to update your xbox with a hard drive that has recently updated from xbox live.

I have MW2 original and copy and can't system link them. If I put original in modded XBOX, will I get banned from Live when trying to download latest MW2 patch?

get all your updates from here
http://xbuc.24.tl/?asc=0&page=17 and then just drag the TU file to your xbox 360s cache folder.
