I know this has probably been discussed, but I can't get the search function to work at the moment to find the thread. So I guess here's the question.

I had a modded 360 that never got banned. It RRoD'd and I put it in a new console and have been using it for xbox live, but never modded the system itself.

Do I need to do anything. I had it on xbox live last night and I wasn't banned, but I only was using it to access a portable hard drive with music on it.

Will the hard drive be recognized that I have played backups in the past? Do I need to reformat the hard drive or am I safe?

Any replies would be greatly appreciated. I've been legit with this system, it shouldn't get banned... one would hope.
