Hey people!

My xbox won't run any single game, original game or ripped directly to the console on HDD.

Tried 4 different games and nothing

NTSC box
Don't know if someone touched the epprom
V 1.0 region 1
dvd kit zone 4

Configmagic won't show dvd drive model...

Sorry, I've no idea what the problem could be, but I think you're posting in the wrong forum. If I were you I'd post in the General Hardware forum.

hmm thats strange. Try throwing in another dvd drive or try using a different ide cable.

Technically i think the original xbox is mostly region free, and even then a modified xbox should play other region games.

Does your xbox launch other applications? Try clearing the cache (e/cache) xyz

Cache is totally clear, I'm gonna try another IDE Ribbon and other DVD Drive

Any other suggestion can still help

Not sure what could be the issue. I guess you have to ask it to xbox support forums.

Case solved....

The Eeprom was bad, used an old eeprom from my 1st console (1.0 both) and is working fine again, only the hard drives needs to be replaced, every time I reset with L+R+BK+Black gives error 07.

I give you a STAR!! * I been trying to play Conker L&R for some time now, I have the game disk but my xbox would not play it for anything!, it would show title screen then blank out then title, that was all. I burned it to my hdd. Same thing tryed diffrent dashboards, would not work. I know about the xyz delete the file's but that was not working. till I just came across this topic on here about clearing the e/cache.

it worked like a charm!!! I feel like such a newbie! I guess I forgot about that step or just did not know about it.
