I know with the GOTY edition of oblivion, you can copy it to the hard drive, and play it all with the normal copy in the drive.

Does this work with fallout 3 as well?

I only have the collectors edition, that doesn't come with DLC. the GOTYe comes with everything, and I dont want to buy it again.

Yes, the extra content just copies to your hard drive. I'm trying to find someone with the GOTY edition that will let me borrow their second disc. I'm willing to pay to borrow it.
