I have a v1.6 Xbox that has undergone the following

1. Installed gamesave hack via Krayzie_SC-NTSC_Ndure_Installer_v1.0
2. Installed UnleashX as a single mod dash (NO virtual EEPROM or Virtual C) via SID v4.5

Now my question is

• can I easily add driveimageutilities to my existing system?
• or do I need to redo my system to be able to add it ?

The reason I am wanting DIU is so that I can run attach (so I can mount ISOs for Midnight Club 3, American Wasteland, TOCA 3, etc)

I did try putting Nkpatcher / Driveimageutilities in to my apps folder hoping I would trigger an installer, but it goes black then reboots my machine without success

I was thinking that SID installed NKP v0.67 during the softmod building.... So I do not see why ust adding DIU does not work

did you try running the Nkpatcher xbe? go to xbins and grab the latest driveimagutils, check the text file detailed instructions are there.

I suppose why I am having such a hard time is

* there is not an easy to download (ready to run) package ?
* everyone has to compile NKP themselves ?
