Well, I am looking into jtag'ing my 360. I am still running dash 7371. I'm holding out on updating for true homebrew. I have a jasper 256MB board.
I would like to be able to run the rebooter, the one that reboots into a patched 8955 kernel.
I know that the jtag hack was recently released for jasper 256/512 boards.
But I do not know if Xell, XBReboot, or XEXLoader are available for a jasper 256MB board.
I am trying to avoid buying a Cygonis chip for dual flash(I would do the XD card), because I assume that the 256MB Nand should be enough to accommodate the rebooter.
So if someone could give me a hand it would be appreciated.

No ReBooter yet for 256/512mb boards, although I'm sure this is just around the corner

Thanks for the info.
Back to waiting for a release.
I have another question. I take it that the rebooter allows you play the newer games like that include the system update that breaks the jtag exploit. Example, Dragon Age Origins, Tekken 6, etc...
I'd like to play my games but not at the cost of the exploit.

Yep - the one's I've tested have worked (although some are a little choppy) - and the games don't prompt for an update - they think the latest Kernel's on there.

Thanks for the info.
That indeed is what I am looking for. Just have to wait for a release.
Either that or try and fix my old RROD xexon board again. I think it's toast, guess I could try to "reflow" it. I think I will just wait.
So it is my assumption that all the 'WAVE 4' games are the exploit killers.
Thanks

when updating to 8955_1_hacked, should we remove RT63 just in case?
well, i know if you remove it, you cant update it to 8955_1( i think right?), but afterwards in case a game with newer "encryptions" tries to.
I might just cut the traces and solder a micro switch later

If you are using the JTAG exploit then you will never want to have any more efuses burned. Remove R6T3, you don't need or want it.
