have you soldered jtag 3x 330 ohm resistors or 2 diodes?

The xbox won't boot the original NAND with the JTAG wires mounted.

After you write original Nand file back to the Nand, read it from the Nand again and then compare that read with the original Nand file you got. If it is not the same then the issue is with the Nand not being written correctly. If it is the same then unsolder your jtag wires on one end to ensure they are not interfering somehow, and then also clean up the solder pads incase you have shorted something.

Use a dab of flux on the pads and then touch the pads with the soldering iron to ball up the solder on the pads, then clean up the mess with isopropl Alcohol, use a magnifying glass around the area looking for solder splashes etc

is this a 360 thats had the xclamp fix, the only options i see at the moment is to remove all the wiring, clean all pads and try to reboot. I know there have been a few coincidental motherboard failures when people have done the jtag wiring, it could be an accidental short has already damaged the motherboard. it is possible it still is shorted so if you are positive that the nand contains a good image then remove all wires, and do a good cleanup to try to get it to reboot. Also check the power supply to make sure it doesnt red light on you. Try a different power supply if you have one, also try a different ring of light if you have a spare,

these are pretty well the only options left you can try without getting professional help (and a big hammer).

yes it looks like its had the x clamp fix an i think i will tie the two xboxs to the back of my car an murder it!!!!

flashing just the kv file worked for me as well. Some people say that the config file important but noone can say why. All I saw is that without the config file I had to re-enter my original language/region settings and my avatar was gone. Not a big deal.
