Ok I was using xboxhdm to clone my hdd it was the same disk I used in the past to unlock the hdd and relocked it with the floppy it can make all that went fine and know I have error 13 my fault. And xboxhdm won't detect the disk but my bios does even tryed to put the ide and molex in after bios loads

There are times Xboxhdm won't recognize my disk or the HD. I retype the command and it finds it. Try that first.
You can run some tools from the floppy. ATAPWD is the one I think you want to run. It will show the lock status of the HD.
