would reflowing my cpu and gpu cause me to loose my drive key?

What? no. I think you misunderstand the general mechanics of the Xbox 360's security system. (And what a reflow is)

The Drive Key is stored in the NAND (basically a flash memory chip) and is encrypted with the CPU key(which is stored in the efuses on the CPU itself)

Reflowing the CPU/GPU simply heats the solder balls that connect them to the Motherboard enough to melt and then cool with a more solid connection.

At no time is the CPU removed during a reflow.

Also, the NAND Chip that contains the DVD Key is not reflown and is insulated from the heat that reflows the CPU/GPU. This prevents any damage that could occur from excessive heat to the smaller chips.
