Determine if its 16MB, 256MB, or 512MB by going into system settings memory, if theres no Memory there then it's 16MB, if its 235ish its as 256MB and if it's 350-400 ish then a 512...
XBR_Jasper16_8955_3.zip = 16MB Nand
XBR_Jasper16a_8955.zip = Older version most likely DON't USE
XBR_JasperBB_8955_3.rar = BIG BLOCK 256/512MB Nand

Thank you very much. One more question.
I can't get degraded to open any of the three nand dumps that I did from this Jasper. Is there another program that works better or some good hex editor instructions to see if I have the correct CB?

No it isn't old. This version is for boards with the new southbridge.
Take your nand dump into a hex editor and look for '00 01 00' at 0x200. If you see the older style '01 00 00', then use the non-'a' XBR.

XBR_Jasper16_8955_3.zip is dated 01/01/10 XBR_Jasper16a_8955_3.rar is dated 05/01/10 XBR_JasperBB_8955_3.rar is dated 05/01/10
i disagree with 1st reply. use 16a. its bad they have used a and b rather than .1 and .2 etc. people get fooled into thanking a=alpha b=beta. this is not the case with xbr.
i would say that 16a is newer fixed version of 16. if you look in the old directory at what has happened with the falcon dash. they have replaced XBR_Falcon_8955_3.zip with XBR_Falcon_8955_3a.zip and moved the old one to old folder.

"*Update* Geremia also released a new version for Jasper16 motherboards (8955_3a) to fix support for the 'newer' Jasper (with new southbridge, flashconfig=00023010) SMC."
