When I am playing videos on my xbox 360 and stop them, the resume option no longer appears. Please help!

I have fixed this problem before, but I cannot, for the life of me, remember how.

Scratch that, I figured it out. For those who need help with this, simply go to the System options from the dashboard, select memory, then "System" or "System files" or whatever. If you see bookmark data, delete it, otherwise, you will probably see corrupt data files. Delete those, and you should be good to go.
