I bought an NTSC JTAG 360 and Im trying to change it to PAL. Ive dumped my keyvault and opened it in keyvault modder & it says its not moddable. Do I have any other options?

The reason I need this is most of my Rock Band 2 DLC wont work on a patched xex off the HDD or DVD & my 360 wont boot a non modified PAL Disk which is what all my disks are.

Nope there are no other options atm. You can't exploit your system to get the cpu and thats really needed to get the job done.
