I had my previous xbox flashing and it was banned.. will getting my new 360 modded with a chip enable the use of burned games without the ban or is it the same risk as a flashed drive?

I wouldn't use a chip, harder to upgrade and easier to detect, stick with a soft mod flash, they are currently undetectable just watch out when dashboard updates come out and make sure your games are patched properly
