hi, i just bought a xecuter 2.6 mod chip (my first mod chip ever), now im pretty sure i installed it correctly.
but when i turn my xbox on the chip lights up (blue leds) and the switch (green) but my screen remains blank and then i get frag'd.

ive tried looking for other tutorials to help me but most of the ones i find are 'page not found' (it 404's on me).

i have a xbox 1.0 xecuter 2.6 ce with the solderless xaptzr (i dont feel comfortable soldering to the board)

anyone have any idea why i cant get a screen to show?

Have you tried both BIOS banks?

ahh sorry, i wiggled the d0 wire a bit more and now seems to work.

both banks have flashbios so im guessing im gonna need to load a new bios onto it,

anyone suggest one? im pretty sure i know where to get them (xbins right?)

X2.5035 is probably best. Make sure you DON'T get the 1.6 version....
