Hi All
My old games PC is on it's way out. Im looking at upgrading the MoBo, CPU, RAM and G/Card but im way out of date on the hardware scene.
I have done a little reading this morning and have found the hardware listed below, should i look at something else?
Opinions and suggestions needed chaps, i have £300 - £400 to spend.

Motherboard LinkCPU LinkRAM Link No 1Or
RAM Link No 2Im a bit stuck on which CPU Heatsink / Fan combo to go for. My head tells me for a sub £20 Intel combo but my heart tells me to go for a Xilence combo.
And what about graphics card? I'll be playing Medal Of Honor Allied Assault and X3 Terran Conflict mainly.

I would say DO NOT go with a socket 775 motherboard and a socket 775 processor. Core i3/i5/i7 uses a different, incompatible socket and offers a huge increase in speed. Plus, in the future you will actually be able to upgrade it as opposed to a socket 775 board which is being quickly phased out.
For that amount of money you should be able to afford an i3 or i5. Then, maybe 80 bucks for a decent mobo and you should have a decent idea of how much money you have left to play with then.
