I've got a PAL Jasper with JTAG and am trying to get BlazBlue USA working.
The game is region locked to NTSC/U and NTSC/J. I've tried extracting the xex and region patching it to region free with xextool and reinjecting the patched xex into the ISO, then finally creating a GOD package with ISO2GOD. This didn't work (black screen).
I've also tried extracting all the files from the game and FTPing them to a folder on /Hdd1/ and launching the default.xex manually. This gets the initial 'Loading...' screen but then it hangs.
It does work apparently on NTSC systems. I don't really want to mess around with changing the region of my 360 just to get one game to work so that's not really an option.
Has anyone with a PAL 360 managed to get this to work?

Sorry to wake an old topic, but I have an identical problem.
I have jtaged PAL Jasper and trying to run Blazblue Continuum Shift.
Tried fixing default.xex with X360GameHack but it still says two things:
-invalid region
-you must update
Perhaps the game needs updated dash? I'm on 8955.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that Continuum needs that update as do many others. If your supplier hasn't offered to update your box yet I would say that its time to go to another mod shop. If you are in Australia I can recomend a good place to start, and these guys will always offer to update when ever it happens (updates that is). Just let us know if u still need help and I'll put you in touch with the shop
