Ok guys, I have a controller wich broke me long time ago. I tried to remove the left trigger and finally I broke the contacts where the POT is soldered.

Yesterday I tried to do this new conections:
The leg of the middle like the pic and the upper and lower where there are a circle



But LT doesnt work, maybe the other legs should go to GND. I dont know but maybe my POT will be damaged.

Not without better understanding exactly what it is that you've done. If you have it wired up like in your diagram there then it's not going to work at all, because all 3 of the connections on the POT need to be made in the proper places for it to work.

Analog Voltage
Wiper (Signal)
Ground

Going by your diagram all you have connected is the Wiper.
