I'm not even sure if this is E74 error or not, I got no video just a bunch of scrolling white dots upon booting.

I did try heat gunning it on high on the back of the mainboard where the HANA section as well as the back of the gpu, no luck still stuck with white dots. I will be attempting to reflow those area and possibly the front the GPU die this time if it at least brings it back to life or I'm done for?

Since I'm out of warranty and disgusted on how much M$ charge to fix it, it's out of the question. All I got is the power tools that could possibly bring it back. Anyone have the perfect method/solution to this?

nvm I brought it back to life by reflowing both the back and front of GPU/hana chip but who knows how long til that problem comes back again. I mind as well sell it off before it haunts me again in the future.

I think this method may have damaged my board and I doubt any heat gun fix for RROD, E74, etc is long term.
