There are a couple of games that offer single-player options behind the required Xbox Live sign-in screen. I'm wondering if there is a program to make your Xbox think you are connected to live, just so i can "sign in" to an Xbox Live section of a game.

You will probably need to hack the game's code in order to see those options.

Phantasy star online has a hack that allows you to play single player without the need for xbox live through the use of a fake gamertag. This kind of work around may work depending on the game in question.

Besides that I myself am not aware of such a program.
