Hey guys, I'm struggling to repair my ps3 drive ... I have tried to clean the laser but now its not accepting discs fully. The disc won't go all the way in as you can see in the pic. Also a white plastic arm fell from the top of the drive when I took it off to have a look.

Hoping you guys can point me in the right direction?
